Ski Season: The perfect spot to come and go easily. The gondolas and lifts are right outside your door, a short walk down the hill. Come in for lunch or work out in the new fitness center just downstairs. The condo features a ski locker and a gas fireplace to keep cozy. Also included in the unit -- new washer/dryer, fireplace, kitchen appliances, carpet, and bathroom upgrades, all to be completed within the year. There is a small balcony offering great views of the fire pit and ski base area. And to round it out, there is WIFI, Roku, three new smart TVs, underground parking, a heated pool, multiple hot tubs, and fitness centers with cardio and weightlifting machines. Elevators are not necessary - this condo is located just above the plaza, offering easy same-floor access from the street and shuttle. While you can always use the elevators, there's no need to wait; a short walk down one flight of stairs to the ski plaza and restaurants, or two flights to the garage. Or watch all the action from your deck overlooking the Torian plaza firepit and Paramount. We love how you can still stay in the mix safely and how easy it is to get in and out, unlike other large complexes.

It located really close to the elevators which is convenient and not noisy at all. Love being able to ski in and out, plus we only had to go up one floor to our place and the ski locker. The master bedroom does have a hallway right outside its window but it really wasn't a bother. My husband never heard anyone as he loved the incredibly comfortable bed and blackout curtains. Easy access to and from the slopes. Can stop by to change clothes if you need to and be back out on slopes instantly. Free shuttle, hot tub & pool, and bars/restauarants right out the door. We had to book 204 last minute as we sold our local property in January. The unit was comfortable but dated in that the kitchen cabinets were of lower quality. One bathroom was updated the other was not. Water pressure was lacking and hard to regulate the temperature throughout the unit. Closets are filled with extra furniture bedding and stuff making them unusable. Overall our family of 4 was comfortable but would probably look for a more updated unit to stay in as location is prime. Jan2024 Torian Plum was amazing because of its slopeside location and front desk staff. The hot tub with mountain views was lovely (note: 100 steps from the entrance to the pool in cold weather is a lot! Ask for a robe from the front desk to keep you warm). The beds were comfortable. The cookware was sparse and could use replacement. The in-unit washer/dryer was very small but usable for one person. The unit adjacent ski locker was also very convenient. I would not hesitate to stay here again and look forward to returning to Torian Plum @ Steamboat. This specific property is comfortable, has a nice fireplace and a very well equipped kitchen (too rare in rentals!). I aim to return. There are several ways to access our building easily, garage access two floors below the room with elevator service, a private entrance to the street, direct access to the plaza with a heated sidewalk, stores, restaurants, and access to the creek and ski/bike mountain one floor down. You can use the lobby next door for key retrieval and to address any other questions. You will have a private ski locker, access to the pool with towels, and two exercise rooms open year-round.

There is one parking spot with the Condo. It is underground so no snow to remove. The Steamboat free bus picks up in front of the unit. If you don't want to head downtown, there are 4 restaurants in the courtyard of the condo. If you walk down to the gondola there are a ton of options.
